I can not believe I did it again. I missed a step on the stairs and think this time I blew my knew out. Real nice! My day off trying to actually accomplish some house work which really seems like a waste of time. Every day it’s like the same routine. Clean a room, walk out, smoke a cig then go back to make final touches. To only find out; the sink is dirty, there are dirty dishes, the lights are on and someone walked through with dirty shoes. I’m starting to think living in a horse corral would be an easier mess to clean up!

No I didn’t go on a carnival ride, but it’s one of those weeks.
I have had a terrible head / chest cold all week. I feel like my chest has the California fires going on in it. My grandson last night was diagnosed with Mono (the kissing disease). Apparently, Nana kisses him too much. Damn didn’t know it was a crime! So I most likely have some form of something that gave him this crap. I feel bad
Hubby finished my DD’s bathroom cabinet. Will try to walk down to the trailer today and take a pic. We’re pretty much at the point of plastering the master bedroom and bathroom. I want to so badly, I just don’t have the energy to go down there and do it. Hopefully tomorrow I can get enough strength and get it done.
Hubby is still on 2nd shift. WTF! Put him back to 1st before he ends up dead. He is such a grump ass.
The boys are driving me nuts too. 21 more days and the kids go to school. 18 more days and I go on a 1 week vacation. Where I have put myself on time out and am going to disconnect all computers and force myself to not log online. Yes, I know medicate me it’ll be tough!

Farve has been traded to the JETS! Rock on!
I’m happy? Sure am! Favre deserves MUCH MORE respect than the Packers have given him. I’m glad he found a team that knows how valuable he is. I hate to see him go as he’s done wonderful things for this area just like Reggie did!
Good luck Brett! You are a classy man and deserve all the happiness.

whose a complete asshole!
Yes I said it! He’s an asshole.
My daughter got up this morning put the car seats in her car and then drove off to get her children. It’s all of 7am and she’s hardly awake nor am I. Neither of us noticed the tire was flat.
Hubby decides we are complete idiots for not noticing she drove off with a flat tire.
So what does he do, climbs in the garage attic has a temper tantrum throwing things down. Grabs my old tires from my old car (Thunderbird) now a Cougar. Same tires will fit.
Throws those down and sets one on each side of the car. Then disappears.
I know how to change tires but damn it he needs to get over his little childish tempers. I’m well over it!

I gave in and spent the $100 to setup my new internet. Woot go me! I have been with WildBlue for the last two years. It’s never been a stable setup and the latency is unbelievably slow. Never thought my $84.35 per month was worth it.
I live in Door County which is the thumb of Wisconsin. Which means 75% of the county is surrounded by water. Big companies like comcast, verizon, and AT&T do not offer residential broadband because the distance from home to home is so far in 90% of the cases.
So our local cellular company who I’ve never really been thrilled with but recently upgraded some towers which made connectivity much better, has setup a new broadband cellular residential service. Monthly cost $49.95. How could I resist the offer? I literally ran, speed my way to the local office and setup my service.
I’m connected after about 5 minutes of frustration … more my fault than anything. Might help if I read the book of directions thoroughly before attempting to set it up. Now I’m connected and I’ve tested it on Vonage’s VOIP speed test. It passed all the tests to qualify for VOIP which WildBlue never not once did. I’m officially …. hooked.
So for anyone researching the net about CELLCOM BROADBAND WIRELESS INTERNET. Carlsville resident … that’s me … says it ROCKS!!!

Just got notified my step daughter has taken off from her foster home AGAIN! Seriously, after burglary and a bail jumping already, why is she not sitting in jail? I hate our court system. They obviously know she is a flight risk so why not lock her up?
I love my step daughter but come on enough is enough for everyone involved.

It’s mid summer and I just knew I couldn’t make it to school starting before a lovely cold would hit me. Ofcourse this had to hit at the same time 85+ degree weather is moving in and A/C isneeded 24/7. We only have 1 a/c unit in a 2800 sq. ft. home. Yes just one window unit. I know we’re insane but eh I’d rather keep my electric bill down than pay just to be cool. Last week or so we’ve had lots of rain too which doesn’t help the high humidity Wisconsin has.
On another note, why isn’t school 365 days a year 24 hours a day and 7 days a week? Seriously, they need to make school go through the summer months. There is no logical reason to not have school. Other than annoying all parents. I mean really two three weeks, sure that’d be ok but 3 freaking months? Come on!
And talking about school, my children formerly were at a Lutheran school for two years. We moved from the public school because of the political non-sense going on. Now it’s time to return, as my oldest is getting into 7th grade and this is when social groups are determined. I’m afraid if I waited till 9th grade he’d have too many issues. We know several other kids that have gone to that school that upon 9th grade just didn’t fit back in to well. So we decided to move them both back.
Now the principal gave me a heads up that the Lutheran school would have every person they can call me to change my mind. Ha! I laughed at him. Thought no way! Boy was I wrong. I’ve had the teachers, principal, board members from the church and so on calling me.
Good lord, it must be a sin to leave a religious school.
One final note, I have no coupons for Kleenex or Puffs. Seriously, I need something soft for my nose or it’ll fall off from sneezing & blowing it. Good lord, please spare me now! (there is my prayer for today!)
