woot!  My fantasy improbable of winning Fenix team beat out the Flood last night 95 to 70!

I’m the newbie fantasy football player in the group so this is a huge upset for them

Here’s the leader’s little comments about my team

Team Fenix To be honest, this team shouldn’t even be contending for a playoff spot, but you’ve got to give them credit for hanging around and they just might slip into the playoffs the final week of the season.

The Fenix lineup isn’t all that imposing, but Randy Moss, Greg Jennings and Brett Farve just might get them to the promised land. The Fenix is one of the lowest-scoring teams in the league, but they manage to win when they need to, and should win at least two out of their last four games.

If the Fenix can somehow manage an improbable win against the Damaged Denial or The Flood, they might sneak by the Dreaded Mercenaries in week 13 when they face the hapless Altoids.

Seeing as it’s an improbable win, I think I’m doing not so bad!

Ofcourse for this coming week, I’m in need of mixing it up a bit.  Julius Jones just hasn’t stepped up so he’s going to be benched.  I think I may just end the season nicely.  Not going to complain seeing as it is my first year of playing Fantasy Football!

Damn kid will not let go of my grandbaby.  I swear this is the longest “its time” I’ve gone through.

She ended up coming home from Green Bay the other night.  But over the last 24 hours the contractions are getting stronger and the baby definately has dropped lower.

Her friends are out walking her now.  Hopefully, tonight!

I am so sick of all the commercials and all the bull being tossed around.

Then to listen to my 12 and 11 year old ask me a ton of questions. Why this teacher says vote for McCain? Why this teacher says vote for Obama?

Good lord, when was it okay for teachers to push their beliefs on kids? It’s worse than religion being taught in school!

Personally, both subjects should be off limits to teachers.

Teach about why there is an election? what is the UN for? Why is the USA considered a super power? Why is there a separation of church and state? Why do presidents feel the need to send young children to war for no apparent reason? Why do we have so many hungry on the streets? Why do we push all this money into a country, yet let our own people die daily on the streets?

If anyone has children and your children use a cellphone, check out this “Mobile WatchDog“. I just saw this on Today on NBC and I have to say if my 11 and 12 year olds had cellphones this would be setup for them immediately. With all the internet predators out there I wouldn’t hesitate. Example being my recent posts about the godfather to my boys. He was just recently busted for text messaging with a 16 year old prostitute. Be it that in the end it was the police, it’s still the point, it could have been one of your girls. Don’t risk it. Setup this Mobile WatchDog and don’t risk your child’s life.
