It will look like this!

CJ7 Jeep

Isn’t she pretty! Well that’s what my jeep is going to look like before next year. Sort of! :D I have the same make, model, year as the one in the pic. We’re going to paint ours this totally awesome Harley Orange but metalic. It’ll have rebel flags instead of the american flag. And a friend of mine is going to airbrush Harley Davidson on the front hood! Noel said something about a 7inch lift kit and a few other bells and whistles.

I need to find a good JEEP forum to get involved with. I’m so unfamiliar with JEEP’s I wouldn’t have a clue where to begin. The cool thing is we got this Jeep for $0.00 :D Nothing wrong with that eh!

Inlaws had it and it needs a new clutch. They didn’t want to spend the time or $1000 to have the clutch replaced so they gave it to us.

We can get the parts for $76.00, a week worth of many bad words and it should be driveable again. And my Dad is bringing up some 12 gauge steel to redo the floor boards but other than that the exterior is in rather awesome condition.

So in the end, it’ll be a nice cheapo toy we can restore and have some off roading fun with! :D

New Year’s Eve plans?

by ~kat on Dec.10, 2007, under family, friends

So do you have plans for New Years Eve?

Every year my kids, hubby and I all get all the games together that the kids got for xmas and play. We practically cover our counters with yummy food. Everyone’s favorites are made. From fresh shrimp to taco dip and dips with chips.

This year won’t be any different. We’ll sit around playing games, watch the ball drop, have fun and be safe. It’s always been more interesting for hubby and I to sit around with the family and whatever friends come around than go to a bar and see a bunch of drunks. Even when we drank, we still preferred staying home.

I’m trying to think of some fun extra’s to do with the kids. We usually save a gift or two for them out of surprise and let them open one. But I’d like to do something extra fun for them.

Any idea’s?
