Well blow me down is this just a scam to cover everything up or is Door County finally facing they have a REAL problem?

State is moving in … http://www.greenbaypressgazette.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=2008810110540 or is this just a “Let’s make it look like we are doing the right thing”.
